Drake Road Orthodontics, Dr. Randall

We had a wonderful experience at our first consultation for braces today! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we walked in. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan, making sure we understood every step of the process. We were also very impressed with the financial coordinator, who clearly outlined the financial options and made everything easy to understand. The entire team made us feel comfortable and confident in moving forward with treatment. Because of the exceptional care and customer service we received, we decided to choose Drake Orthodontics for my daughter’s braces. We are excited to begin this journey and look forward to seeing her beautiful new smile! Thank you, Drake Orthodontics, for such a positive experience! 😊🦷✨

I cannot express how exceptional Drake Road Orthodontics have been! I am an international collage student and they have made me feel so comfortable. Every time I walk through the door it’s like I’m seeing my family! They have transformed my smile in such a short amount of time while going above and beyond to help me! An absolutely incredible experience!

The entire team at DRO was absolutely amazing for the entire 3 years that my family worked with them. From the first day in the door to ask questions about the process, right up until her final retainer check almost 3 years later, we were treated kindly with professionalism and courtesy. This includes the doctors, the techs and the reception staff. DRO is the place to go. You won’t regret it.

My family includes 4 children and 2 adults and every single one of us are patients here. The doctors are top notch, gentle and PATIENT with the tween/teen demographic. I have enjoyed working with the clinical team and shout out to Sheila, Dannie and Mary for coordinating appointments and finances with treatment. I am on the last patient in my family but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to your family.
